Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Return Address
Approved returns are processed through one of our regional return facilities, depending on your location:
United States customers:
returns are shipped to our U.S. warehouse in Minnesota (MN).
European Union customers:
returns are shipped to our EU warehouse in Poland.
Customers from other countries:
returns are shipped either to our U.S. warehouse or our Ukraine warehouse, depending on the product and logistics availability.
The exact return address and instructions will be provided after your return request is approved. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be brand new, unused, n the exact condition in which they were received.
Ropes must remain in their original factory coil. Uncoiled ropes are not eligible for return.
Leather Goods must show no signs of wear, impact marks, deformation, or skin contact.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
Due to hygiene, safety regulations, and the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any used items, including but not limited to adult toys, bondage gear, and intimate accessories.
Any item returned in a used, worn, or tampered condition will be rejected and safely disposed of, and no refund will be issued. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of our customers.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (wrong item or color), contact us immediately at info@passioncraftstore.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Our Guarantee:
If the issue is due to our error or a manufacturing defect, we will cover all return shipping costs, provide a prepaid return label and offer a free replacement or a full refund.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@passioncraftstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we will send you the return instructions and the appropriate regional return address.
Securely package the item and ship it back as instructed.
Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 1–2 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If the original payment method is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return shipping costs vary depending on the customer’s location and the carrier used.
Please, use a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process described above.
