Return limitations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

1. Custom or personalized orders

2. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

3. Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  We recommend to choose a trackable option when shipping the item back.

Conditions of refund

The refund will be issued within 1 (one) working day after we receive the item back. Please, be aware that the actual return of money may take more time depending on the payment method you initially chose.
