Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Passion Craft Store, we specialize in handcrafted products made with care and precision in our Ukrainian workshop. Selected items are also stocked in the United States to provide faster delivery where possible.
This policy explains our delivery responsibility, processing times, shipping methods, and import-related information.
1. Our Delivery Guarantee
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we provide a full refund or a free replacement, at your choice. Your satisfaction and the successful arrival of your gear are our top priorities.
2. Order Processing Times
Processing time is the time required to prepare your order before it is dispatched. Because our products are handmade, times vary by category. If your order includes items from different categories, the longest processing time applies.
- Ropes & Candles: 1–2 business days
- Bondage & Harnesses: 5–7 business days
- Whips & Floggers: 14–21 business days
3. Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from one of the following locations:
- Ukraine: All handcrafted and made-to-order items.
- United States Warehouse: Select in-stock items (including some ropes and selected whips/floggers). When an item is available in our U.S. warehouse, it will be shipped from there whenever possible.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing.
5. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We select the most reliable carrier based on destination and shipment characteristics:
- Ukrposhta: The Ukrainian National Postal Operator, used for stable international customs handling.
- Nova Poshta Global: An international carrier with its own aircraft fleet, providing controlled and reliable transit from Ukraine.
- Combined Shipping (Ukraine → U.S. → Final Delivery): Some items are sent via FedEx to our U.S. consolidation warehouse, then delivered to you via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. In these cases, the final tracking number may only become active once the parcel reaches the U.S.
- Express Shipping: Handled by FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Typical delivery is 5–7 days.
6. Import Duties & Taxes
- United States Orders: No import duties or charges are payable upon delivery. Any import-related taxes or fees are fully covered by us. The price at checkout is final.
- Other Countries: Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply according to local regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Discreet Packaging & Customs
We respect your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, neutral packaging with no external branding. Customs documentation will include accurate, legally required descriptions without using marketing language on the exterior.
8. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that for combined delivery methods, tracking for the final stage becomes active once the parcel is dispatched from our U.S. warehouse facility.
