Processing time

Each item is handmade to order. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Delivery address

Delivery will be made for address you provided for your order. You must notify us immediately at passioncraftstore@gmail.com if any errors or ommisions occur in the order confirmation notice that you are sent to your email address. After your order is shipped no changes to the shipping address can be done.

Delivery acceptance

In case you failed or refused to accept your package you are resposible for all shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its primary condition you are responsible for any loss in value. 

Estimated shipping times

We ship from Ukraine. Due to war in our country there may be some delays but most of the packages are shipped timely. The international delivery operates.

Free economy shipping:

Italy: 3-10 weeks
North America: 1-4 weeks
Europe: 1-4 weeks
New Zealand and Oceania: 3-10 weeks
Asia Pacific: 2-7 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-7 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 3-9 weeks
Sub-Saharan Africa: 3-9 weeks

We do not ship to Australia.

Expedited Shipping:

1-3 weeks to most destinations. Average cost is 4-8 USD. If you want this option, please, write us at passioncraftstore@gmail.com.

Express Shipping:
Currently this option is not available. 


We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Please, be aware that during holiday season (November-January) shipping times mabe be up to two times longer due to postal overloads.

We provide tracking numbers for all shipping methods. Some countries do not track packages shipped via Free economy shipping on their territory, so the information will be updated only up to the border of the destination country (e.g. Canada, UK).

Customs and import taxes

We ship from Ukraine.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
